Digs and sets

A dig is where you bunch both hands into fists and put them together with your thumbs flat on top, as you go to receive the ball you should squat and keep your arms straight and hit the ball upwards off of your forearms

A set is where you put you hands above your head with your thumbs and forefingers together and a diamond shape should appear between from there you put your arms above your head when receiving the ball and you push upwards and it should go back to the other side.
